What DealForge costs

DealForge Pro is £349 per workspace per month, or £3,490 per workspace per year (twelve months for the price of 10). Prices are in pounds sterling and renew automatically until cancelled. A new workspace gets 14 days of Pro without a card. Free keeps 1 deal room and read access to everything already uploaded, but cannot publish a buyer link, record a sign-off, or build an ERP export pack.

The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown again on the Stripe checkout screen before you confirm, and the amount on that screen is the amount that will be taken. Nikah AI Ltd is not currently registered for UK VAT, so no VAT is added to these prices and the amount shown is the total amount payable. If the company becomes VAT registered, prices and invoices will change and you will be told before your next renewal.

Trials and renewal

A workspace may be placed on a trial, in which case the trial end date is shown on the Billing screen. A trial does not start a charge on its own. Where a recurring plan is purchased it renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until it is cancelled; the exact period is the one shown at checkout.

How to cancel

Payments are taken by Stripe, which holds the payment method — this application records only the resulting plan and status. Cancel yourself, at any time and without contacting us, from Billing in your workspace settings (/app/settings/billing), which opens the Stripe billing portal for your subscription. If you would rather we did it, write to info@nikah-ai.com and we will action it within one business day. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and cancelling stops the next renewal while leaving your access running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Because every workspace gets a full 14-day trial before any card is charged, monthly payments are not routinely refunded once a period has started. A first annual payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it being taken. We will also refund a charge we should not have taken — a duplicate, or a renewal after you told us to cancel — without argument. Statutory rights, including any cancellation right you have as a consumer, are unaffected.

Price changes

If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told before it takes effect, with the opportunity to cancel first.

Cancelling versus deleting

Cancelling stops billing but leaves your account and workspace data in place. Deleting your account removes the data — it does not by itself cancel a subscription held by Stripe, so cancel first, then delete. Billing records are kept for six years from the end of the accounting period the record falls in, which is the retention HMRC requires of a UK limited company to meet accounting and tax obligations.
